These Terms and Conditions apply to all mobile applications developed and published by Sibelius Studios LLC (referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”), including but not limited to free, paid, freemium, and subscription-based apps (collectively referred to as “Applications”).

By downloading or using any of our Applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Applications.

1. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, translate, or create derivative works from our Applications
• Attempt to extract the source code
• Use our trademarks or branding without permission

All intellectual property rights related to our Applications, including but not limited to code, design, trademarks, and content, remain the sole property of Sibelius Studios LLC.

2. Modifications and Updates

We reserve the right to:

• Update or modify our Applications at any time
• Add, change, or remove features
• Introduce or change pricing models for any services or features
• Discontinue our Applications or specific services without notice

You agree to accept any updates or patches we may provide to maintain compatibility or security. We do not guarantee we will always update our Applications so that they are relevant to you and/or compatible with the particular operating system version installed on your device. Any charges for our Applications or our services will be clearly communicated to you.

3. Data Collection & Privacy

Our Applications may store and process data you provide, including but not limited to account information, preferences, purchase history, and analytics. Use of data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which you should review carefully.

We are not responsible for the loss of data resulting from user actions, device malfunctions, or uninstallation of any of our apps.

4. Device Responsibility and Security

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your device secure and charged
• Maintaining access to our Applications
• Avoiding tampering with your device (e.g., jailbreaking or rooting)

We are not responsible for any issues caused by compromised device security or hardware failure.

5. Internet Connectivity and Charges

Some features require an active internet connection. We are not liable if:

• Our Applications do not function due to poor connectivity
• You incur mobile data or roaming charges

By using our Applications, you accept responsibility for any charges associated with data usage. If you are not the bill payer, we assume you have permission from the bill payer.

• That our Applications will meet your expectations or function uninterrupted

We may terminate your access to any of our Applications at any time without notice. Upon termination:

• All licenses and rights granted to you will end
• You must stop using and delete the specified Application or Applications from your device
